When will my order ship? (For in stock orders)

If your order doesn’t contain preorder items, it will take about 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process your order!  This doesn’t include shipping and delivery time.

If your order hasn’t shipped for over 2 weeks since you placed the order, please contact us.

Question 2

When will my order ship? (For preorders)

Accepted Answer

For each preorder item, the estimated arrival time is specified in the product description. Your order will only ship once all preorder items have arrived in the warehouse.

If you place multiple items with different estimated ship dates in a single order, your order will only ship once all preorder items have arrived in the warehouse.

Please note that customs clearance or manufacture fulfillment delays could happen. We try our best to provide the latest updates on the product page.

If you believe that your preorder should be shipped by now and is still in pending status, please contact us via email, Instagram DM or the contact form.

Why was my order cancelled?

In rare cases, an order may be canceled due to stock unavailability. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund.

Why can't I order a specific character?

Accepted Answer

If you’re unable to order a specific character, it is likely because they are currently out of stock, including for preorders.

Since we source our products directly from official stores, we can only offer items that are currently available for purchase. Once an item sells out at the official store, we are unable to take further orders until a restock is confirmed.

Can I pickup my order in person?

Yes! You can pick up your order in person at Nourish Cafe, Ormiston. Please note that pickups are only available during their business hours Mon-Fri (7am-4pm).

Simply use the contact form or DM us on instagram to let us know that you want to pick up your order in person, and a team member will reach out to you with suitable pickup times once your order is ready.
