SHIPPING & ORDER POLICY

At Ganime.nz, we strive to ensure a smooth and efficient shipping process for all our customers. Please review our shipping and order policies below.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding major holidays).

  • We ship via NZ Post.

  • Orders typically take 1–3 business days to process before shipment.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Once an order has been shipped, Ganime.nz is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or rescheduled deliveries.

  • If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact NZ Post directly and file a claim with them.

  • Any lost package claims should be directed to NZ Post, as we do not have control over their delivery process.

 

Shipping Confirmation

  • After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information.

  • If you have any concerns about your order status, please contact us at ganime.merch.nz@gmail.com.

 

Order Cancellation

  • If you need to cancel an order, please email us with the subject "Cancel My Order" and include your order number in the email.

  • Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee cancellations once processing has begun.

 

Reporting Issues with Your Order

If you encounter any issues with your order, such as:

  • A missing item

  • A damaged product

  • Any other concerns

 

Please email us with the subject "Order Issue - [Your Order Number]" and attach relevant photos to help us resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping fee.
